Terms and conditions for payment and use of villa "BOHEMI”
Price for the rent of the whole villa for 1 day: 200 BGN
Price for the rent of the whole villa for 2 days: 250 BGN
Price for the rent of the whole villa for 3 days: 350 BGN
Price for the rent of the whole villa for more than 3 days: Negotiable
The price is subject to negotiations if used for more than two days!

- Bookings shall be made and confirmed against a booking deposit of 25% of the sum for the whole stay which is wired through bank or post transfer or paid cash.
- Once the payment is received we confirm the reservation by sending you an email with instructions on all agreed details. The remaining sum is paid upon arrival.
- When you receive the keys you shall leave a guarantee deposit. It is refunded when the guests leave after a detailed inspection of the property.
- Pets – only upon prior agreement.
All prices are per night for the whole villa.
