Villa "Bohemi" is located in the villa zone of the village of Gramatikovo, in the area known as Kachul, only 30 meters away from the Veleka River. The villa consist of 3 bedrooms, large living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. For the cold winter nights the villa is supplied with a fire place. There is a satellite TV in each room (Bulsatcom). There is an open barbecue, cheverme, iron stove, summer house and summer kitchen. The area is suitable for hunting and fishing. The capacity of the villa is 10 people. There is another villa close by with capacity for 10 people which can also be rented.
 
How can we reach and what roads to use?
From Burgas - the best option is the road Burgas - Bosna - Visitsa - Gramatikovo - Kachul, and other possible routes pass via Malko Tarnovo /94 km/ or Tsarevo along the road to Malko Tarnovo /110 km, but 38 of them will be a real test for your car/. There is also a direct road /gravel/ passing along the valley of the Mladezhka River which goes out into Malko Tarnovo - Burgas main road near the bridge over the Mladezhka River. The road is not properly maintained and may be impassable at certain sections!

Tsarevo - 38 km, Visitsa - 15 km, Kondolovo - 15 km, Bulgari - 22 km.

 

This is the largest section of the Veleka River where the waters are the easiest and warmest, and there are sandy banks and meadows where you can sunbathe, go fishing or hiking in the summer months /it is recommended to have with you insect protection/. There are numerous camp lovers which pitch their tents along the upper and lower stream of the river. You can use hiking routes to all directions - Gramatikovo 1.5 hours; Kosti 2.5 h; Petrova niva 3.5 h; Stoilovo 3 h; Zabernovo 2.5 h; Malko Tarnovo 4 h.
